Group Meet [Kids+Parents]

Service Description

This 2 hours session is organized as follows: First 45 minutes: 4:30pm-5:15pm: Parents focus 1. Parents share in 5-7 min - college choices their kids have, decision criteria, their personal aspirations. >> Helps kids hear their parent views, And all parents to exchange ideas Next 45 minutes: 5:15pm-5:45pm: Kids focus 1. Kids deliver 5-7 min speech on various aspects of their college planning. >> Helps kids to crystallize their idea. 15: minutes: Guest speaker 1. An invited guest shares their view point. 2. Audience members provide feedback. 6:00pm--6:30pm 2a. Designated member provides oral feedback in 2-3 minutes. 2b, Coaches and participating parents provide alternate view points. >> Parents encouraged to give feedback to kids other their own. This way session is used in collecting more input. Parent-own-kid conversation to be postponed to later or in private session with coach.
